Welcome to Studio 28 Media. By accessing or using our website (www.studio28media.com) and any services we offer, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, contacting us, or hiring Studio 28 Media for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

2. Services Provided

Studio 28 Media offers creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Videography

  • Editing & post‑production

  • Social media publishing

  • Monthly content packages

  • Brand & athlete visuals

We reserve the right to change or update our services at any time.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to secure your project or filming date.

  • Full payment is due as outlined in your invoice or project agreement.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery or additional fees.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in forfeiting the deposit.

  • Weather‑based rescheduling will be handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

5. Content Ownership

Client‑Provided Materials

Clients retain ownership of any materials they provide to Studio 28 Media (footage, logos, products, etc.).

Footage Created by Studio 28 Media

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Studio 28 Media retains copyright to all footage captured.

  • Clients receive usage rights for personal or commercial use as outlined in their agreement.

  • Raw footage is not included unless purchased separately.

6. Usage Rights

Studio 28 Media may use completed work (photos, videos, screenshots, behind‑the‑scenes content) for:

  • Portfolio

  • Marketing

  • Social media

  • Promotional purposes

If a client wishes to restrict usage, this must be agreed upon before the project begins.

7. Revisions

  • Projects include a specific number of revision rounds as outlined in your package.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • Revisions do not include major changes to the original project scope.

8. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the service. General timelines will be provided in your agreement.
Delays in client communication, approvals, or payments may extend the timeline.

9. Liability

Studio 28 Media is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control

  • Loss of data due to client misuse or third‑party platforms

  • Injuries or damages occurring at filming locations not owned by Studio 28 Media

Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment during filming.

10. Third‑Party Platforms

When Studio 28 Media publishes content on behalf of clients (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), the client agrees to the terms of those platforms.
We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages

  • Algorithm changes

  • Account restrictions or bans unrelated to our work

11. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is used only for communication, project management, and service fulfillment.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

Studio 28 Media may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
