Refund Policy

At Studio 28 Media, we strive to deliver high‑quality visuals and a smooth experience for every client. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services, including filming, editing, content packages, and social publishing.

1. Deposits (Non‑Refundable)

All deposits made to secure a project date or monthly content package are non‑refundable.
Deposits cover pre‑production planning, scheduling, and securing your spot on our calendar.

2. Project Cancellations by the Client

If a client cancels a project:

  • More than 7 days before the shoot: No additional payments are required, but the deposit is not refunded.

  • Within 7 days of the shoot: Client is responsible for 50% of the remaining project balance.

  • Within 48 hours of the shoot: Client is responsible for 100% of the project balance due to lost work time and preparation.

3. Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice:

  • More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee.

  • Less than 48 hours: A rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Weather‑related rescheduling: Assessed case‑by‑case with no penalty.

4. Monthly Content Packages

Monthly packages operate on a subscription basis.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used months.

  • Cancellations must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

  • Missed filming sessions due to client no‑show or lack of communication do not qualify for refunds.

5. Editing & Deliverables

Refunds are not available for completed edits, delivered projects, or any work already performed.

We include a set number of revisions in each package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges but do not qualify for refunds.

6. Social Media Publishing Services

Because publishing requires ongoing scheduling, planning, and optimization, these services are non‑refundable once the month begins.

7. Failure to Provide Required Materials

If a client fails to provide necessary information, footage, approvals, or communication in a timely manner, Studio 28 Media is not responsible for delays and refunds will not be issued.

8. Cancellations by Studio 28 Media

If we must cancel due to an emergency or circumstances outside our control, clients will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule at no extra cost

We will always notify the client as early as possible.

9. Quality Concerns

If a client is unhappy with the first draft or delivered content, we encourage them to use the included revision rounds.

Refunds will not be issued for subjective preferences such as style, pacing, color, or creative direction after work has been completed.
